Patricia Ann LaRosa

LaRosa, Patricia A., September 25, 1953 – September 24, 2018. Survived by her beloved husband of 47 years, Anthony LaRosa. Loving mother of Nicole, Kelli and Andrea LaRosa. Beloved and proud grandma of her favorite grandson Anthony LaRosa. Patricia is also survived by her loving sister Diane Metz (Late Walter), her mother Marion Potts, as well as many cousins and friends. Patricia was predeceased by her father Dominic Licavoli, sisters Sandra Abate (Louis Abate), and Candice Abate (David Abate). Patricia was a resident of Saint Clair Shores, Michigan. She was a 1971 graduate of South Lake High School. Pat was a Certified Emergency Medical Technician, and a 911 dispatcher.  Pat eventually changed careers and entered into the salon industry. She retired from Eclipse Salon of Troy in May 2018. Pat and her husband Tony vacationed in Fort Myers, FL where they have owned a home for over 20 years in Lexington Country Club. She enjoyed golfing, reading, and relaxing at the BayBerry Bend pool where she was jokingly known as the pool lifeguard. Pat had a passion for politics and current events. She preached the importance of voting and knowing what is going on in the world. Visitation Wednesday, September 26 from 4-9pm & Thursday from 2-9pm with 7pm Rosary at Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home, 25800 Harper Ave., St. Clair Shores. Instate Friday 9:30am until time of Mass 10am at St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church, 21100 Madison St., St. Clair Shores. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Twp.
