Leonard V. Walby

WALBY, Leonard Vincent. September 1, 1927 - November 19, 2018, died at his home among his family. Leonard is survived by his wife of 66 years, Mildred (Mulvahill). Leonard was the father of: Patrick, Philip (Judy), Stephen, Joan (Brian) Bischoff, Joyce (Michael) Stuck, Peter (Sheila), David (Patricia), Michael, Grace, Janet (Sean) Sullivan; 21 Grandchildren: Philip, Robert (Jennifer), Christina (Scott) Setlock, Ronald (Jessica), Stephen, Emily, Teresa, Andrea, Gordon, Elliot, Clare, Zachary, Kelby, Madison, Benjamin, Adrienne, Allysun, Kathryn, 6 Great Grandchildren: Sierra, Tristan, Leah, Emmett, Oliver, and Isaac, and Sister Theresa Nanry. Leonard was preceded in death by his parents George and Agnes, Brother Thomas, and Sister Rita Walby.

Leonard was a 1945 graduate of DeLaSalle High School and a graduate of the University of Detroit.
A gathering will be held on November 21st at St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church 21100 Madison St., St. Clair Shores, at 9:30 am until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 am.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Isaac Jogues Catholic School.
