Daniel Jerome Convery

Daniel Jerome Convery, age 73. September 30, 1949 to November 30, 2022. Beloved husband of 51 years to Suzanne Visger. Loving father to Jessica (Brian) Kruger, Daniel (Danielle Gearhart), and Ariel (Corey) Grunewald. Dear grandfather of Calvin Kruger. Son of the late Edward and Janine Convery. Daniel is survived by 4 siblings and many loving family members.

Dan graduated from Grosse Pointe South High School and went on to join the military and proudly served during Vietnam. He was an electrician at Chrysler for 39 years, and supported his company by only driving Chrysler vehicles. He would often voice his disappointment in your choice of vehicles if you weren’t driving a Chrysler yourself. His loyalty to his work also spread to his loyalty and devotion to God as he found his spiritual home at Cornerstone Baptist Church. Everyone who knew Dan, knew he was the go to for anything they needed fixing or worked on. He was an all-around tinkerer and had his own garage of wonders and tools that he loved to keep busy with.

Visitation for Daniel will be help on Sunday December 4, 2022 from 2:00pm to 9:00pm. A funeral service is planned for Monday December 5, 2022 at Cornerstone Baptist Church with Instate at 10:00am until the time of the service at 11:00am. Daniel will be laid to rest at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly.
