Carmine Charles Cornacchia

Carmine Charles Cornacchia, born June 27, 1936 and passed away June 30, 2022.

Beloved husband of Marjorie for 63 wonderful years. Loving father of Cindy (Tony) Bell, Michael (Ann) Cornacchia, Paul Cornacchia, David (Paula) Cornacchia, Douglas (Nicole) Cornacchia, Peter Cornacchia, and Carolyn (Steve) Stabnick. Dear grandfather of Amy Bell, Brian Bell, Louis Cornacchia, Isabella Cornacchia, Noah Cornacchia, Julia Cornacchia, Joe Cornacchia, and Branden Stabnick. Brother of Nancy Allinger.Carmine graduated from East Detroit High School in 1955. In that same year he began working for Chrysler in Highland Park while attending South Macomb College and Chrysler Institute of Engineering. He retired from Chrysler at the age of 55 after years of working as the Manager of the Company Lease Car Program. Carmine also served in the Marine Reserves for 5 years and was discharged as a Lance Corporal.
He and Marjorie enjoyed camping all over Michigan with their family.

Funeral Mass, Monday, July 11, 2022 at St. Blase Catholic Church, 12151 15 Mile Road, Sterling Heights, MI 48312, Instate at 9:00 am until time of Mass at 9:30 am.
