Beverly Christine Mikulka, 68, passed away May 26, 2018 at Father Murray Nursing and rehab. Beverly was born January 29, 1950 the loving daughter of Stanley and Gertrude Berchulc.
Beverly is survived by her son Brian and wife Rachel Mikulka, grandson, Justin Mikulka, sister, Joan Momot and brother, Ronald Berchulc.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Tommy Berchulc.
A graveside service will be held at 10:30 am Thursday, May 31, 2018 at Resurrection Cemetery.
