Anita Carmela Liberto

Anita Carmela Liberto, age 70, passed away on May 1, 2022, in Detroit, Michigan. She was the daughter of the late Charles and JoAnn (nee Calabrese) Liberto.

Anita graduated from Lincoln High School in Warren Michigan.  She attended Wayne State University.  During her lifetime, she liked and enjoyed listening to an eclectic array of music, such as Elvis Presley, Bob Seger, and Bruce Springsteen.  She also enjoyed reading, particularly Biographies. When she was spending time with her family, she was always taking pictures and talking to everyone. Anita was passionate about Women's Rights issues and loved spending her days socializing with her large extended family.

Anita will be greatly missed by her many family members and friends. A memorial is being planned for a future date. She will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery.
