Grandpa - There are so many memories that I have with you. A million Sundays, holidays and special events at your house and in that wonderful backyard. The garden that stretched for miles and the tomato plants that were taller than you. I will remember the cherry picking and the 4th of Julys. The tomato and fig picking. The deer and the bocce ball games. I am so glad that you came to help us get our own garden here in our new home. With each tomato plant we grow we will ALWAYS think of you, and we will do our best to grow them and share them with family, just as you have always done. Thank you for everything, and enjoy your new garden with Grandma. Love you.

Thank you for everything you have taught me about gardening. I truly enjoyed spending time with you, and the couple of shots of whiskey we would enjoy while visiting. I am very glad I stopped by a few weeks ago while I was in the area. I could tell you were happily surprised to see me. I will miss you dearly Grandpa Alessio. Until we meet again, I promise to help the family in any way I can.
